Missing man’s body found with crocodile bites

SRI AMAN, Thurs:

A body with crocodile bite marks was found 2km from Rumah Tambi, Nangga Pisak here today.

The body, identified as Gait Repun, 41, was found with several bite marks on the forehead, his right thigh and arm.

Sri Aman acting police chief Assistant Superintendant Sazali Abd Latip said the victim was reported missing after his bath at Sungai Skrang on Wednesday night after.

“He was alone at the river and there were no witnesses to the incident.

He was last seen heading to the river at 7pm,” said Sazali.
Rescuers found Gait’s body near the river bank at 9am yesterday. It was later sent to Sri Aman hospital for post morterm.
