MALAYSIA will meet either Myanmar or Indonesia in the semi-finals of the Grand Challenge Cup 2008 in Yangon on Tuesday.
Malaysia beat Vietnam 3-0 in their opening match on Wednesday and on Friday, played to a 1-1 draw with South Korea Hyundai Ulsan FC at the Thuwanna Youth Training Centre Stadium.
Mohd Zaquan Adha Abdul Razak gave Malaysia the lead in the 52nd minute before the former South Korean champions equalised midway through the half.
“We have to wait for another day to know who we are playing in the semi-finals, but it will be either the host country or Indonesia,” said Malaysia’s coach B. Sathianathan.
Malaysia are using the Grand Royal Challenge Cup 2008 to prepare for next month’s AFF Suzuki Cup 2008 where they are in Group B with Thailand, Vietnam and Laos.

Ntah mengapa mutu permainan tetap macam kampung. Tak boleh hold bola, main macam orang gila, takde nafsu untuk past aroung the ball, takde skills.
Pelik sungguh! Takkan la dah bertahun-tahun tetap main macam kampung.
Ntahla…
Arap-arap kali ni ader kemajuan
